We are searching for an energetic Account Manager that can help manage relationships with a current client account base, and to also expand business within that base of current customers.  Some new business development will be required but this mostly is an account manager role.

Our client is the national leader in what they do as a provider of extremely important provider of interior design products for small, medium and large businesses all over the nation. 

This is a W2 position with excellent full benefits and salary, and not in the insurance, financial planning, or multi-level marketing industries. We are an executive recruiting agency and will conduct a phone interview with you and then tell you about our client, who the company is, and everything you need to know once we have established it would be a good fit for both you and our client.  

This hiring manager is holding in person interviews this week, so space is limited! this is an absolutely great opportunity for  an entry level candidate who comes from an interior design, interior decorating, or marketing background. You need a creative side for this role!

 This is also an amazing company for someone who wants the corporate America job with without the corporate America upper management holding you back .

  • Base salary is 45K   
  • Commission earnings and typical first year is 50-60k+ total

- Great relationship building skills

-Setting face to face appointments with current client base and working with them to ensure overall happiness and customer satisfaction

-Solution oriented selling- quickly assessing the specific needs of each client and creating the right solution out of the large selection of the product offerings

-Daily networking and participation in industry networking and association/trade events

- Management of existing clients through relationship building

 

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of sales focused account management experience preferred but will consider entry level 

- Think outside the box and creative skills 

- MUST be bilingual

- Strong sales and relationship building skills

- Strong time managment skills

- Ability to be a team player and work within a group setting

- Positive attitude and competitive nature

- Strong activity levels and work ethic

- Good business acumen and communication skills

- High energy level

- Problem solving skills

- Background preferences: Marketing, interior design, decorating, route sales, customer service/sales related charismatic  personality
